Thank you for using fatBottleland.

fatBottleland (hereinafter referred to as "this page") provides membership services through Ivana Music Limited. By confirming your membership, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms herein, which form part of the agreement between you and the company. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the content provided. If you are a minor, your parents or guardians must also read, understand, and agree to these terms before you may use the services.

Membership Types & Fees:

  • Non-paying members may shop in the public store and must comply with product-specific terms. Payment implies acceptance of those terms.

  • Paid membership costs HKD 200 annually. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation.

Paid Member Benefits (subject to company discretion):

  • Two welcome coupon codes (each usable once with a purchase over HKD 500)

  • Access to exclusive products

  • Priority ordering privileges

Personal Data & Account Use:

  • Members must provide accurate and current personal information during registration.

  • Members are responsible for all actions under their login credentials.

  • Membership renews automatically using the original payment method without separate notice.

  • Members must update personal information promptly to ensure receipt of benefits and notifications.

  • Accounts and benefits are for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.

Privacy Protection:

  • Personal data is protected under the site’s privacy policy and the Personal Data Protection Act.

  • Data may be used for service provision, marketing, statistical analysis, and personalized offers.

  • Data may be shared with partners (e.g., delivery services) as necessary to fulfill transactions.

  • Members may access and correct their data online or via customer service.

Service Changes:

  • The company may modify or terminate services or terms at any time, effective upon announcement.

  • Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

Authorization & Intellectual Property:

  • Members are liable for any infringement caused by submitted content.

Termination of Use:

  • Misuse by non-paying members (e.g., using coupons or purchasing exclusive items) will result in order cancellation without notice.

  • The company may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including inactivity or violation of terms.

Disclaimer:

  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees regarding speed, security, reliability, or suitability.

  • Users assume all risks for downloads or data loss.

  • Advice or information obtained does not constitute a warranty.

  • The company is not liable for damages unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

Governing Law:

  • Terms are governed by local laws and interpreted in favor of consumers.

  • Disputes will be resolved under Hong Kong law, and the company reserves final decision rights.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  1. Dispatch Time

    • Standard orders are typically dispatched within 8 to 15 business days after order confirmation.

    • Exceptions apply to pre-order items, lottery-based products, or other special categories, which may follow different timelines.

  2. Shipping Fees & Taxes

    • Shipping fees vary depending on destination and parcel weight, and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Fees do not include taxes, customs duties, or handling charges. Buyers are responsible for assessing and covering any such additional costs incurred.

  3. Customs & Force Majeure

    • fatBottleland is not liable for delays or returns caused by customs inspections, regulatory changes, or other force majeure events.

    • We will provide reasonable assistance where possible, such as documentation or courier coordination, but compensation will not be offered.

  4. Address Accuracy

    • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. fatBottleland is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

fatBottleland (以下稱為本專頁) 依Ivana Music Limited提供會員服務，當您確認加入本專頁，即視為您已閱讀並同意接受本條款，其所有內容即成為您與本公司所訂協議的一部分。若您不同意這些條款，請勿使用本專頁所提供的內容。若您為未成年人，除您本人應遵守本條款規定外，並請您父母親（或監護人）同時確實閱讀、瞭解並同意遵守本條款之所有內容後，方得開始使用本專頁提供內容。當您於本條款為修改或變更後仍繼續使用時，即表示您及您的父母親（或監護人）亦已確實閱讀、瞭解並同意遵守本條款之修改或變更。

非付費會員可於本專頁公開商店購物，必須遵從商品內的注明條款，一經同意付款，即視作同意所列明條款與約束；

付費會員年費港幣200, 任何情況下包括自行取消會員，會費皆不能退回。

1、會員資料

在您使用本專頁服務之前，必須提供正確個人資料，並註冊成為會員，在註冊過程中會員必須提供會員本人正確、最新的資料，且無利用偽造或變造之資料作為重複註冊登錄等情事。若會員提供任何錯誤或不實的資料、或未按指示提供資料、或欠缺必要之資料時，本專頁有權不經事先通知，逕行暫停或終止會員的帳號，並拒絕會員使用本服務之全部或一部份。

使用本專頁服務的過程中，會員必須為登入名稱和密碼所進行的所有行為負責，在註冊完成後，便可使用本服務及參加與本專頁相關之活動。

加入本專頁之會藉於到期時自動續會，並以會員首次提供的付款資料執行而將不會另行通知，以上只有效於續會用途而本專頁不會將付款資料披露。

如個人資料有異動，請務必即時更新，以保障您的權益。如因會員未正確更新個人資料，致未能收到本公司寄發之會員權益、消費優惠、活動內容等相關資訊，或變更、終止會員權益、消費優惠、活動內容之通知，會員同意在此情形下，視為會員已經收到該等資訊或通知。

會員的帳號、密碼及會員權益均僅供會員個人使用及享有，請勿轉借、轉讓他人或與他人合用。會員必須負妥善保管和保密的義務，若會員發現或懷疑這個使用者名稱和密碼被其他人冒用或不當使用，會員必須立即通知本專頁，以利本專頁盡快採取適當之因應措施。但上述因應措施不得因此解釋為本專頁明示或默示對會員負有任何形式之賠償或補償之責任或義務。如會員的帳號及密碼遭盜用、不當使用或其他致使本專頁無法辯識是否為本人親自使用之情況時，本專頁對此所致之損害，概不負責。

隱私權保護聲明：會員之個人資料受到本專頁隱私權條款之保護與規範。

在使用本服務以前，必須經過完整的註冊手續、並維護及即時更新會員個人資料之正確性，以獲取最佳之服務。

2、服務內容的變更

會員同意本專頁得隨時調整、變更、修改或終止本服務及本條款，於本專頁公告後生效，不再另行個別通知。會員因參與本專頁活動及使用本專頁服務，而與本專頁所發生之權利義務關係，均以本條款最新修訂之版本為準。

3、個人資料保護告知及暨同意事項：

為提供會員最完善的服務，並保護會員個人資料，本專頁謹此依個人資料保護法(下稱個資法)規定，告知您如下事項：

蒐集之目的、個人資料類別、利用期間、地區、對象及方式

本專頁會保護每一位會員的隱私，不管是申請帳號、個人資料、郵件內容、或所儲存的網站資料，除了可能涉及違法、侵權、或違反使用條款、或經本人同意以外，本系統不會任意監視、增刪、修改或關閉，或將個人資料及郵件內容交予第三者，包括贊助之廣告廠商。

本專頁為提供會員有關本專頁各項消費優惠、商品、服務、活動及最新資訊，將依所提供之服務需要，蒐集會員的個人資料、消費與交易資料（下稱會員資料）進行服務與調查、滿意度及消費統計分析調查(下稱蒐集目的)，本專頁將於上開蒐集目的消失前，在完成上開蒐集目的之必要地區內，蒐集、處理、利用您填載於本專頁會員申請之個人資料、消費與交易資料，或日後經您同意而提供之其他個人資料。

會員同意本專頁為提供本服務行銷、市場分析、統計或研究、或為提供會員個人化服務或加值服務之目的範圍內，得記錄、保存及利用會員在本網站所留存或產生的資料及記錄，或提供會員所需的行銷活動及相關優惠訊息給會員。

在上開蒐集目的範圍內，本專頁可能會將您全部或部分個人資料，提供予合作廠商。例：當會員使用本服務進行線上消費，本公司需透過宅配貨運等合作廠商，方能完成貨品或相關贈品之配送，故當會員完成線上交易，即表示會員同意並授權本公司得將會員提供之個人資料(如收件人姓名、配送地址、電話…等)提供予宅配及貨運合作廠商，以利完成貨品或相關贈品之配送。

若會員申請查詢或請求閱覽個人資料或製給複製本，致生相關費用時，本公司得向會員收取。

會員亦可在本網頁登入會員的帳號及密碼，線上即時查閱會員的個人資料檔案。若會員委託他人代為登入者，會員將負完全的責任。

若會員的個人資料有變更，會員可自行於本網站上進行更正或致電本網站客服中心修正會員的個人資料。

注意事項：

您同意以電子文件作為行使個資法書面同意之方式。如您不同意提供個人資料，或要求刪除或停止蒐集、處理您的個人資料，您瞭解本專頁可能因此無法進行網路會員資格審核及相關處理作業，或提供您完善的網路服務，尚請見諒。

4、會員對本專頁之授權

對於會員所登錄或留存之個人資料，會員同意本專頁得於取得會員同意之範圍內蒐集、處理、保存、傳遞及使用該等資料，及提供使用者其他資訊或服務、或作成會員統計資料、或進行關於網路行為之調查或研究，或為任何之合法使用。若會員無合法權利得授權他人使用、修改、重製、公開播送、改作、散佈、發行、公開發表某資料，並將前述權利轉授權第三人，請勿擅自將該資料上載、傳送、輸入或提供至本專頁網站。會員並應保證本專頁使用、修改、重製、公開播送、改作、散佈、發行、公開發表、轉授權該等資料，不致侵害任何第三人之智慧財產權，否則應對本專頁負損害賠償責任（包括但不限於訴訟費用及律師費用等）。

5、拒絕或終止會員的使用

非付費會員使用優惠券, 購買付費會員獨家產品，或使用他人帳戶重複購買，將會一律全單取消退款而不另行通知

會員同意本專頁得基於維護交易安全之考量，因任何理由，包含但不限於缺乏使用，或違反本服務條款的明文規定及精神，終止會員的密碼、帳號（或其任何部分）或本服務之使用，並將本服務內任何「會員內容」加以移除並刪除，亦得已通知之情形下，隨時終止本服務或任何部分。此外，會員同意若本服務之使用被終止，本公司對會員或任何第三人均不承擔責任。

6、免責聲明

您明確了解並同意本專頁官網所提供之本服務，均僅依各該服務當時之功能及現況提供使用。對於使用者之個人特別要求或需求，本專頁官網不負任何明示或默示之形式或內容的擔保或保證責任，包括但不限於速度、安全性、可靠性、完整性、正確性及不會斷線和出錯、商業適售性、特定目的之適用性及未侵害他人權利等。是否經由本服務之使用下載或取得任何資料應由您自行考量且自負風險，因前開任何資料之下載而導致您電腦系統之任何損壞或資料流失，您應自負完全責任，與本專頁官網無涉。

您自本專頁官網或經由本服務取得之建議和資訊，無論其為書面或口頭，均不構成本服務之保證。

產品郵寄條款與細則

  1. 寄出時間

    • 一般訂單於確認後 8 至 15 個工作天內寄出。

    • 預購商品、抽選商品或其他特殊類型商品可能不適用上述寄出時間，具體安排將另行通知。

  2. 郵費與稅項

    • 郵費按收件地區及郵件重量計算，於結帳時顯示。

    • 所收取之郵費不包含任何稅項、關稅或手續費，買家需自行評估並承擔相關費用。

  3. 海關及不可抗力因素

    • 若因海關扣查、政策變動、天災或其他不可抗力因素導致郵件延誤或退回，fatBottleland 不負責任何形式之賠償。

    • 我們將盡力提供協助，包括提供相關文件或聯絡物流單位，但不保證結果。

  4. 地址及聯絡資料

    • 請確保提供之收件地址及聯絡資料準確無誤，fatBottleland 不負責因資料錯誤導致之寄送失誤或延誤。
